Our bakery produces baked goods made from natural ingredients. In our Gluten Free bakery we use the same combination of flours for all baked goods. The Flours used are Buckwheat, Amaranth, Red Sorghum & Tapioca Starch. Only fresh fruit/vegetable pulp & juice are used in our Muffins & Cupcakes. We dont use preservatives in any form
