Blue Diamond House Bakery is a production bakery based in Kya Sands Randburg Johannesburg where the magic happens.

We produce artisan Vegan Gluten free bread created in 8 different shapes using 14 different ingredients.

Original,Festive,Moringa ,Maca, Ayurvedic,Curry, Rosemary, Thyme, Mixed Herbs

All Blue Diamond House Bakery ingredients are clean label including the binding agents,for our bread, which are: Psyllium Husk, Acacia Gum, Arrowroot powder and ground Flaxseed, used in combination with our wild yeast Buckwheat culture and our home made Kombucha Vinegar

In our bakery, PH levels are a critical part of Gluten Free baking which is why we only use purified water in all our baked goods.

Blue Diamond House Bakery goods are free of any Sulphates and Nitrates as we do not use preservatives in any form from our selected flour to the fruit and vegetables processed in our Cupcakes and Muffins.

Blue Diamond House Bakery Muffins and Cupcakes have 16 different ingredient.

At Blue Diamond House Bakery we make our own Vegan Butter using Coconut oil, Sunflower Oil, Soya Lecithin granules, Kombucha Vinegar and Jaggery Sugar. We add our home made Soya Bean Yogurt, fresh fruit or and vegetable pulp and fresh fruit or vegetable juice.At Blue Diamond house bakery, our added fiber is Sunflower Flour and the binding agents are Arrowroot and Acacia Gum.
