The Mindfulness Coach is a Transformational Life Coaching Practice with an integral approach to health and wellbeing. Counselling, Coaching, secular Meditation, Mindfulness-Based Interventions and Reiki treatments are implemented to assist each client to reduce stress, re-balance and find contentment. Depression, anxiety, chronic pain and life crisis are some of the challenges that are addressed, however, every person can potentially benefit from stress reduction.

The Mindfulness Coach started with Dr LIlian Cabiron's passion for an integrative approach to mental health as well as to touch people's lives in a positive and empowering manner. The journey has now more than 30 years and has taken her from Argentina to South Africa and from a conventional Psychiatrist to an integrative healing practitioner, understanding healing as the process of coming to terms with things as they are in full awareness.(Kabak-Zinn J.2011)

The Mindfulness Coach operates in Sandton, Johannesburg and Brooklyn, Pretoria. Dr Lilian Cabiron offers in presence individual consultations and individual /group training. She also works offering online individual consultations as well as online group meetings. Dr Cabiron facilitates courses like MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and workshops with themes related to the practice's interests (stress reduction, compassion, resilience and more). She facilitates meditation and grieving groups. Both of them in presence and online.
