It all starts with behaviour. Constant negative behaviour is a symptom of a person’s inner world that has been disrupted. My aim is to find the underlying causes of these behaviours. Once the underlying causes have been identified, you (the client) and I, work through each challenge. I help you come to terms with your challenges and find new ways to cope. this results in better problem solving. I also help you find new and healthier ways to release your emotions. This results in improved behavioural patterns, better decision-making and an overall positive outlook and outcome on life. I offer online and in person counselling.
