Capture and update your trace instructions on the system in real time (No more Spreadsheets) As a Tracing Agent, you will have access to a live, online and in real time dashboard showing the statuses of all your instructions e.g. Instructions Pending, Re Traces, Completed and No Traces and follow up reminders. Full Reporting functionality and Real Time progress reports Automated billing - The TraceGenie System will automatically generate and email you a billing report at month end for reconciliation and submitting of invoices for completed instructions.
