Swimlab Swim School located in Constantia; Kirstenhof and Wynberg, Cape Town, offers swimming lessons for all ages and on all levels in a professional indoor and heated environment.

We cater for Individual lessons (one on one with an instructor)
- Squad training
- Baby groups
- Group swimming (2-4 swimmers per group)
- Adults learn to swim
- Social fitness
- Ladies only swimming groups
- Fetch and teach for local schools (Kirstenhof pool only)
- Aqua aerobic classes - mornings and evenings.

Our instructors are all registered and qualified with Learn to Swim South Africa and Western Province Aquatics and possess CPR and level 1 first aid certificates.

We are qualified to teach infants (from 3 months), beginners, stroke correction, water safety, and coaching, adult beginners to more advanced swimmers.
