The key to Rental Planet is safety. That is why we have created an extensive approval and verification process to vet any customer so not just anyone is able to rent on Rental Planet.
We require everyone to send in a photo of ID, selfie and sometimes a proof of address. We validate the address and verify the ID with Home Affairs. Only people that have all the correct info and a good credit record will be able to rent.
