Coaching is one of the most amazing journeys I've taken, and with each new client, I am more and more fulfilled. I believe that if I can help change peoples lives, one by one, for the better, I can slowly help create a better, happier world.
It is incredibly sad when you read statists such as the World Health Organisations studies reporting that depression is the leading cause of disability world wide, affecting more than 300 million people. In conjunction to this, the self-help and spirituality industries have been steadily on the rise. So we know somethings wrong, and we want to make it better. The problem is it's hard to filter through the masses of guru's, books, apps and websites to find out what actually works, and what actually works for you! It is said knowledge is power, but I believe that knowledge is useless without putting it into action. Thats why I created Praxis Coaching. Praxis means "to practise" or "to take action".
I have done all the researching, training, studying and getting loads of experience in personal and family development so you don't have to. Together with you, I create a positive, personal or family development experience that is tailored to you and your situation. I am always here for you, and you don't have to struggle away on your own.
