Our office is in the Northern Suburbs with its moderate climate and where new developments are thriving. We however are also involved in developments as far as the West Coast and Somerset West. When looking at our past projects, you will notice that residential and group housing is out priority, specially in the affordable market segment. Designs are done in such a way that maintenance is kept to the absolute minimum. Where the area design guidelines allow it, face brick homes with aluminium windows and gutters are usually given priority over painted surfaces and steel/wooden windows.
