Matched Recruitment

Since 1998 when our lead recruiter entered the industry, Matched Recruitment has been providing professional services to job-seekers and employers. And with our specialist focus, we’ve learned that staffing is not a numbers game — it’s a relationship-building business. That’s why we put an emphasis on listening, guiding and matching. As a lead recruiter, the agency owner is a qualified Food Technologist that has over 25 years experience in the food industry - from developing food products for retail, to setting up factories, launching restaurants and 5* boutique hotels and designing interiors & marketing campaigns. As a seasoned restaurant & hotel GM, he understands the finer detail in matching the right team player. He has managed some of the most exciting staffing projects for large listed companies to start up businesses looking for the right match - from Receptionists to CEO's, Programmers to Nurses, Sales Staff to Human Resources Managers. If you are looking to change your career path or if you are a company looking for the right match, we’d love to speak with you!
