Khumalo and Mabuya Chartered Accountants is a 100% black- owned and black-managed accounting firm that specialises in accounting, taxation and the preparation of annual financial statements for small and medium enterprises. Khumalo and Mabuya Chartered Accountants was formed with a single vision: To provide integrated accounting and tax solutions to SME’s while also addressing South Africa’s high youth unemployment rate. Our firm belief in youth empowerment is echoed through the training and development opportunities provided by KnM. The founders and staff members at Khumalo and Mabuya Chartered Accountants boast extensive knowledge and years of experience in financial accounting and taxation for SME’s. Collectively, KnM employees have worked and trained at leading firms, namely; PricewaterhouseCoopers, Auditor General of South Africa, EY, KPMG and SNG. As an SME, KnM has formed strategic alliances with well established firms in the event that a client requires increased capacity. We have assembled a team of highly skilled consultants who bring experience from both consulting and advisory firms. Our field team members are partners in the practice and hence are more committed to the achievement of excellence and client satisfaction. One of the directors has acted as both the CEO and CFO of a public entity and currently serves as an audit committee member across various public sector entities, highlighting our pool of expertise and skill.
