About The I.T Surgeon
Andre Tiltman (Owner/Technician) is the son of Fish Hoek Pet Shop Owners, Kevin and Angela Tiltman. Andre was an early adopter of technology and took an interest at a young age. Music has always been Andre’s passion and soon realized the benefit of being able to fix his own equipment. He took Technical Electrical in school which gave him an understanding of electricity and how technology communicates.
