Project Consulting: Proposed and billed on a per-project and per-milestone basis, project consulting offers a client a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to develop and/or implement plans. Proposal costs will be associated with each project. Project Management: Our project management services include defining client needs, preparing proposal documents, tendering, proposal analysis, design review, payment certification, contract administration, and warranty inspections. Projects include kick-off meeting with the client, preparation of the model, simulation/results interpretation, discussion of the results with the client. kick-off meeting: Our Design Engineers who will be handling the project conduct a kick-off meeting with the client (via emails, physically, conference call or a video call). Kick-off meeting tables client goals, types of analysis to be conducted e.g. Static Study, Nonlinear Study, Thermal Study, Frequency Study, Fatigue Study, Buckling Study or Flow Simulation. Then contract documents are sent or signed and the client hands over the Computer Aided Design (CAD) model in a format that will be recognized by SolidWorks. Model Preparation: The model is inspected and modified to eliminate possible errors during simulation process. All modifications are communicated with the client. These modifications might include fillets introduction, spline faces and component classification (shell, solid or beam) Simulation/Results Interpretation: We then run the simulation study with our super computers and get the results in a short period of time (Super computers are computers that are modified to perform simulation much faster that a normal computer). Then we do a simulation report to show down all the study details; from project description, assumptions, mesh details, fixtures, applied loads, material properties, results and recommendations
