Before training and practicing as a therapist, I worked in a corporate environment for over 20 years. I was responsible for running the International sales department, which required frequent international and domestic travel. It was a fantastic opportunity that exposed me to many different cultures and organisations. It also had its challenges, as a female executive, I had to straddle the sometimes tricky areas of attempting to balance my corporate ambitions with my home life goals. Fortunately, I am intrinsically curious, flexible and have an insatiable desire to not only learn and understand myself but also a desire to help others gain insight into their helpful and not so helpful patterns of behaviour. As your therapist, I will support you through the uncertain times that surround change and partner with you in a way that will deepen your self-knowledge and enhance overall well-being. I take an open, honest, and non-judgemental stance, when collaborating with my clients providing a new relationship through which to explore their concerns. I specialise in Adult and Adolescent psychotherapy.
