I am a WITS trained Counselling Psychologist, with a special interest in complex-trauma and the effects that it has on the self and relationship. I work with anxiety (particularly social anxiety, panic disorder, and OCD), as well as depression. The clinical focus is on self-understanding, self-confidence, and resilience.
