Rather than dictating to you exactly what to do, my role as a coach is to guide, advise and help you to develop a strategy, come up with clear goals, and help you to hold yourself and your team accountable in executing a clear action plan to achieve business success. As a result, a bad culture will always stifle the success of your business no matter how sound your strategy is.​ Coaching is focused on what you want to achieve, which is different for every business owner.
