OUR HISTORY

The Genset Doctor (tm) was established in 1990 by Steven J Baynes (Group Managing Director), originally under the name VIP Radio CC. Hailing from a long line of experts in the same field, Steven has vast knowledge and technical expertise in power generation. With several awards for technical excellence, service and maintenance on electronic and control systems and telemetry systems for generators, you can be assured that we'll never leave you in the dark.

OUR SKILLS

The Mechanical aspect of servicing gensets is upheld by the collective numerous years of experience of our older engineers who are hands on as well as training our many younger staff or branches/ franchises.
There is a special skill required for power generation as the integration of a prime mover (engine), power alternator and electronics control are 3 fields which we have to put together, we are proud to say we cover all 3 of these aspects and have experience to handle any situation.
