We have higher calorie count packages which are aimed at the maintenance of healthy weight loss and healthy lifestyles, and we have lower calorie count packages which are more specifically aimed at weight loss. These meal plans allow for continuous eating throughout the day, without exceeding the calorie-count for the day. This way, you burn calories throughout the day without going over calorie count!
