We understand that not all companies can afford the normal recruitment fees so we have different recruitment options and payment plans that will fit your budget. Career Seekers We are here to help you find that perfect career opportunity by being different in the market and giving you the opportunity to be in control of your profile. We understand the frustration of not knowing what has been done on your profile once you applied for a position via agencies. By being applicant and client focused we created a system where you are in control of your profile and future. Our online system will help you manage your career and keep track of ads viewed and positions applied for from our data base. Advantages of becoming a member of RME 1.It’s free 2.Upload your CV and relevant documents 3.You are able to update your profile anytime from anywhere (No waiting period for a consultant to do so) 3.Create your own Preference list for us to find you should we received a relevant career opportunity. 4.Once we receive a job spec from our clients we will do a search on the data base and contact suitable candidates to see if we can send their CV’s to the client. 5.Create and Save your own job searches 6.Set Alerts should the perfect career opportunity be added to our database
