bizUP Services

Do you want to investigate why the same problem keeps raising its head, how to improve material processing, plan a project or simply investigate alternatives to your current supplier base? Then let me help. What about that wall that needs painting, the new signage, or installing permanent cabling instead of using extension cords? Let me help. How would this work in practice? Suppose you have a Shutdown/Maintenance period coming up. bizUP will plan and organise the work on your behalf, sourcing and controlling contractors, staff and costs (all in conjunction with your company). Or alternately suppose that you are considering the purchase of new equipment. bizUP will assist with the Project Management, including a requirements analysis, specification, installation planning and commissioning. Doing this allows you the freedom to focus on normal operational and administrative requirements while still improving the business. What are our core competencies? Etienne has 10 years’ experience in Maintenance and Projects within a world class white good manufacturer. Moreover, bizUP works with a network of excellent companies to bring the greatest value and reduce your overheads. This means that you can upgrade your IT system without keeping an IT Specialist on staff, or have injection moulded products made without employing a CAD Operator, tooling specialist or even laying out large amounts of Capital for equipment. This is the time to become Lean, to invest in cost saving initiatives and efficiency improvements, to expand your customer base. Drop me a mail if you are looking to UPgrade your business, partner with bizUP, or simply looking to inject some life into an old idea.
