Bedmat started as a family business back in 1961 and we believe that it is still one, although the family is now just a lot bigger. From the start it has been our aim to provide Nelspruit, and the greater Mpumalanga, with a comfortable night's rest. Literally starting under a tree, the business has grown over the last half century to a flourishing retail and wholesale company, still owned by the same family. Thousands of beds and mattresses have been supplied to Lowveld shops and the public. Providing you with quality service, and a good bed to sleep in, is how our dreams come true. We operate from an enormous warehouse on the Plaston Road, not too far from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport just outside Nelspruit, which enables us to keep large quantities of stock. Our speciality will always be beds and mattresses (Bed + Mattress = BEDMAT), but over the years we have expanded our field of expertise to also include, steel beds, wooden beds, PVC cot mattresses and luxury Cloud Nine beds, all at wholesale prices. We also carry large quantities of high density foam sheets which we can cut and/or covered to your custom specifications. We also sell convoluted foam (egg box foam) to make your bed more comfortable and pamper you to a good night's rest. It has also proven to have medical benefits and prevents bed sores. This range also has wheel chair cushions, coccyx cushions and wedges for patients and people with discomforts.
