We often find ourselves facing overwhelming circumstances at all different stages of our lives in which we need guidance, support, and a safe space to speak and be heard.

I have worked in NPOs a lot and understand the difficulty that comes with paying for therapy. I want my clients to feel comfortable with informing me about any financial restraints and we can work on a payment plan that suits us both.

I have experience in helping adults, teens, and families. I have volunteered with CANSA; where I assisted cancer patients and their families, with TOFYWD; where I assisted GBV survivors and young girls in schools, and also with Silver Spirit Life coaching; helping young children scholastically.

I work with individuals and families who are impacted by stress, depression, anxiety, and traumatic experiences. I offer sessions of talk therapy to have a better understanding of my clients and after initial sessions, I can tailor-make and create a therapeutic plan that allows us to address the issues they are facing in a way that benefits them.
I mainly choose to use Narrative therapy because I understand that we all have our reality and narrative based on experience and actions. This allows us to navigate thoughts and emotions as we feel and experience them personally.
