Astro Brake - Brake Discs

At Astro Brakes we supply and fit Brake Discs on cars and bakkies as well as on commercial vehicles. If your Brake Discs are not smooth and you require the Brake Discs to be skimmed then you are welcome to pop into the Astro Brakes workshop. If you need to make an appointment then feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience. Because we specialise in brakes and understand that when there is a fault you cannot wait for a later date so we keep stock of a variety of Brake Discs. Our stock holding consists of brake products related to all makes and models of vehicles. So we can fit your new brakes while you wait. The brakes are a very important part of your car as well as driving experience. Faulty brakes can cause a lot of problems which could lead to devastating results. So it is in your best interest to have the brakes checked and repaired if required. Brake Disc Skimming is an alternative to fitting new brakes and it is more affordable as well. Our technicians will first check whether there is any serious wear or damage that may disqualify the Brake Discs from the skimming process. It is recommended that they are replaced with a new set if they are damaged or worn beyond repair. It is important to take note of the state of your car’s brake discs. If you notice that the surface is rusty or it feels springy or you hear a whistling sound when you brake then you need to get it checked. With our trained and highly skilled technicians we will be able to repair or replace the brake discs on your vehicle.
