Into Africa Recruitment

Into Africa Recruitment offers permanent placements in Africa, on either a contingency or retained basis. Our extensive networks, built up over the past 8½ years, enable us to attract a wide range of qualified candidates. We specialize in executive recruitment but are able to provide superior talent at all levels. We have a small, dedicated team of consultants who are able to react quickly to your needs, not bogged down by large agency dogma and regulations, meaning that your turn-around time for finding the correct candidate can be significantly reduced. Why put your Africa recruitment into our hands? • We are Africa Recruitment Specialists • We have an understanding of Africa and it’s challenges in doing business • We have experience in placing Expatriates with previous Africa experience back into Africa • We have experience in drawing African nationals home from abroad to enrich their countries’ economies • We have an extensive network of qualified candidates around the world, that we can draw on to meet your needs • We have resources to conduct targeted advertising campaigns in Africa • We have had experience, over the past 8 years, of placing and onboarding candidates in many remote and often hostile areas in Africa and have therefore developed an understanding of the challenges inherent in this, and the type of individual/character who is or is not suited to such postings. We conduct indepth interviews with candidates to determine their suitability for each particular posting, and have not once, in this period, had a candidate leave a position because he/she was not suited to the lifestyle requirements of a particular posting.
