Active Explosive was established in 2012. Our dream and mission is to provide a family friendly fitness environment that offers affordable fitness classes, effective weight loss programmes and coaching services that focus on helping individuals achieve their specific health and fitness goals!

Active Explosive is situated at Khosa Sports Club, 108 Fredrick Cooper Drive, Kenmare, Krugersdorp. We offer a variety of group fitness classes that focus on weight loss, toning, building muscles for functional strength and endurance. Our classes are set up in a child friendly environment and cater for all fitness levels and needs.

Because we have seen the huge positive impact on families that exercise together, we offer family discounted fees and for the busy individual, we offer high intensity, compact fitness classes that will provide the same workout benefit - in less time.
