T.GIYAPERSAD INCORPORATED is a national based law practice and has opened its doors to the public in 2007. It is headed by Tashya Giyapersad, a graduate of the University of Natal. In 2013, Ureshni Govender joined the civil and Commercial Litigation Department.

The practice provides Legal Services in the Administration of Deceased Estates, Civil, Commercial and Criminal Litigation, Law of Persons, Family Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law and Medical Malpractice. A latest addition to the practice is the Business Rescue Division.
