Our clients have daily unlimited mentorship from the coach.

Weekly progress chart
Our Clients keep track on their progress chart daily and weigh in weekly. If necessary adjustments are then made to their diet plan to keep them on track to reach their goal.

Weekly photo analysis
Front, side, and back facing photos are analyzed weekly to monitor progress and identify problem areas.

Access to our members only Slimworx website
When signing up our clients get access to our members-only Slimworx website area where they receive recipes, exercise tips, and a weekly newsletter.

Training program
Either for home or gym targeted at your goals, time frame, and needs
