MW Civil Earthworks was founded in 2000, after a number of successful completed projects between Moveho Earth Movers cc and Sibanyoni and Walsh (Pty) Ltd, as joint venture they decided to combine their extensive experience, expertise and resources to operate as MW Civil Earthworks (Pty) Ltd. 2001 being the first full year of operation.

MW Civil Earthworks has established itself as one of the leading medium size contracting companies in Gauteng area. The company has done contracts in Kwa-Zulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and Free State.
