Our treatment programme is based on the principles of the 12-step philosophy of abstinence. Each client is individually assessed and where necessary, and especially in the case of dual diagnosis, a specialist will be consulted and form part of the treatment planning. You can rest assured that your individual needs are of paramount importance.

We recognize that many of our clients are dealing with issues of loss or trauma, or a dual diagnosis of anxiety, depression, bi-polar or attention deficit disorder. We facilitate a programme designed to assist an integrative recovery in all areas of our client's lives, utilizing optimal treatment methodology including evidence-based psycho-education, cognitive behavioural therapy, individual counselling, interactional group psychotherapy, stress management as well as holistic alternatives to meet the unique needs of each client. We emphasize the preventative, biological, psychological, social, spiritual, environmental and family aspects of addiction treatment.

We offer in-patient extended care treatment:

A minimum of 28 days programme
A suggested 3 month programme which can be extended for up to 6 months if necessary
