We use the information supplied by said client to do some background research on the product/services, the client, the brand and the client's business. Armed with some valuable information we contact the prospective client to arrange for a one on one meeting to get a personal feel for what the client wants, the clients' personality, the background of the company, current projects and mission statement of the client.
During the first phase of development we focus on planning the project with a focus on structure, project development timeframes, determining the color pallet, fonts, logo's, brand taglines etc to be used across all platforms.
Phase two is designing the website according to specified needs determined during the initial meeting with the client. Phase two generates 3 proposals to be evaluated by the prospective client. Phase 3 sees the actual pixel perfect development of the website according to the design that the client felt would best suit their needs.
