History and Experience
Com Spec started up in 2010 and was one of the first Home/Building Inspection Companies in Gauteng at the time. Our experience is the culmination of lifelong exposure to the Construction, Production and Property Management environment. In our 13th year as a company, the primary function entailed inspections of buildings related to construction, maintenance requirements (current, mid, and long term), condition, dilapidation, and forensic inspections. Since its founding, we have completed thousands of inspections and have many reoccurring customers.

Equipment
Com Spec Inspect uses the latest technology, industry standardized methods and procedures applicable to the South African building environment, climate conditions and regulations. Our equipment covers the full spectrum of the reporting function on visual, infrared, distance, moisture, and level monitoring.
